We take pride in the fact that we employ one technician for every 150 active customers, which is one of the best technician to customer ratios in the industry (one tech for every 200-300 customers is recommended). Maintenance Agreements:
COS offers cost effective Maintenance Agreements (MA) specifically tailored to each customer for their equipment’s service needs. All COS MA’s include periodic maintenance & cleanings, onsite loaners & unlimited service calls. With the cost of today’s service labor rates ranging from $75.00-$280.00 an hour, an MA will usually save you money after the second service call.
